To educate entrepreneurial and innovative individuals with universal values, respectful to human, society and nature, well-equipped, who will contribute to the sociocultural and economic development of the country, to carry out scientific studies that will produce solutions to regional, national and international problems, and to put the accumulated knowledge of the university at the service of humanity.
